    Excellent presentation!
Question: If one does not get an offer for the job being sought, but later finds a new posting for a different job in the same company, is it a good idea to reconnect with the first interviewer? Or to mention that you previously interviewed for another job within that company?

  • Jim W says:

I would say it depends on the circumstances. I would try to get feedback from the first interviewer, and if positive, proceed with reconnecting with him/her regarding the new posting. They may be able to offer some helpful advice and give you another contact within the company to follow up with (if they will not be conducting the interview for the new position).

    Great recommendations. Thanks, Jim.
